PHASE Co. is an independent high voltage commissioning and technical advisory firm built by engineers and technicians who have spent careers working at the sharp end of HV projects, not managing from the office.
We work directly alongside project teams, asset owners, and developers on the work that matters most. From the first acceptance test to final energisation, and through the ongoing maintenance of in-service assets, we bring senior-level expertise to every engagement.
We are independent, with no equipment supply, no EPC interests, and no conflicts. Our only obligation is to the client and to getting it right.
Our Capabilities
PHASE Co. provides independent technical delivery across the full project lifecycle, from pre-commissioning and acceptance testing through to energisation, ongoing maintenance, and compliance. We operate where the risk is highest and the margin for error is zero.
From pre-commissioning acceptance testing through to first live feed, we manage the full commissioning scope. Primary and secondary equipment testing, protection relay verification, energisation sequencing, and formal handover. We own the critical path so your project doesn't stall at the finish line.

Scheduled preventive maintenance programs for in-service HV assets, keeping your plant reliable, compliant, and performing to design. We establish a testing baseline at commissioning and track asset health across its full service life, turning data into decisions before failures occur.
Independent HV installation audits conducted by a qualified HV auditor under the Electrical Safety Act 2002 (Qld) and the High Voltage Electrical Work Code of Practice. Formal compliance reviews against AS 2067:2016, AS 3000, AS 61869, and network operator connection standards, including gap analysis, non-conformance reporting, and remediation advice. Suitable for asset acquisition due diligence, insurance assessments, and pre-energisation sign-off.
